Mumkins
How cute are these mumkins?! These are actual pumpkins presented beautifully with fresh fall mums. Fresh flowers will only last a few days. Instead, you can opt for faux blooms that you can display a lot longer.

DIY: Halloween Favor Bags
Pumpkin Favor Pouches
To make a pouch, cut two 10-inch-diameter circles from orange crepe paper. Stack circles and put goodies -- candy and small toys -- in the center. Pull sides of paper up around treats to make a pouch. Gather paper just above the treats, and twist a little. Secure by wrapping green floral tape around the base of the twist, binding upward to create pumpkin stem. If necessary, trim excess paper before binding. Foliage curls can be made by wrapping floral tape around a pencil.
Witches Broom Favor Bag
You need two lunch-size paper bags for each broomstick. Unfold one bag, and push out its base while folding in the left and right sides. Using scissors, cut the bag into thin strips, stopping short of the base. Cut thin strips into the top inch of the second bag. Open both bags, and place the second bag inside the shredded one; fill with candy. Insert a small branch 1 inch into the bag; cinch the tops of both bags, and secure with black twine.

Foodie Friday: Parisian Macaroons
Ok so last weekend I tasted the Parisian Macaroon for the very first time. Who knew? They are scrumptious! For those who didn't know, (like me prior to last Sunday)Parisian macaroons are two meringue-like cookies, wafer thin and crispy on the outside. The inside is moist, creamy, and delicious! They come in an array of colors, so they can easily be incorporated into your desert buffet. LOVE THEM!!!

They make a great party favor..

A Fall Fête
Fall is definitely in the air! Ahhhhh.....I just love the feeling of fresh cool crisp breeze. This is the season of rich hues of, deep oranges, yellows, burgundy, and reds. They are just radiant for fall! Need a reason to celebrate? Have a Fall Fête with great friends! Take a look at this simple tablescape I designed just for that reason. :-) You can easily find great inspiration right at your local grocery store for every season.
No tablecloth needed for this tablescape. The rustic wooden table is perfect for this setting! Brown woven place mats nicely compliments the fall theme.
Simple Centerpiece filled with apples, pears, and maple leaves.
I love apothecary jars! I filled them 1/2 way with faux maple leaves.
Apple place card
Gold chargers and brown gold accents on the salad plates bring a touch of elegance to a rustic setting.
