Becs of Becslake blog sent over pictures from a recent Halloween Tea party she hosted. When it comes to the details of a party, I really appreciate creative thinking. Becs sure did pour her creativity into her Halloween party. She put a whimsical spin on Halloween by incorporating aspects of Tim Burton films from James & the giant Peach, Beetle Juice, Sweeney Todd, to of course Alice in Wonderland into her party! Check out how creepy and cute it is!
Head over to Becs blog for lots more photos and all of the details on her party!

Foodie Friday: Candy Apples
Candy apples are ideal for this time of year! Has anyone ever made candy apples for halloween or an event? How did it turn out? Did they look like this? :-) I've gotta try making these, if it doesn't come out right, I'll be putting my order in at William Sonoma!

YUM YUM and more YUM! Need I say more?

Halloween Sweets and Treats
There are no tricks about these sweet displays, just treats! A simple candy table will add that extra special touch to your Halloween party. I actually think it's should be a staple at any event! :-) Can you resist a display that looks like this? Martha Stewart makes it look so incredibly effortless! All you'll need are a couple of pretty jars and color coordinated candy, right? If you haven't done so already, try one out, they are always a hit!
