I love the picture from Martha Stewart. It is gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteAm I wrong to think that long tables seem impersonal? How do people chat? Catch up? Mingle?
ReplyDeleteI would think that they can mix and mingle the same way they would if the tables were round, square, or oblong. If there are 8-10 guests at a round table, they would more than likely talk to the 4 closest to them. Besides that, they would have to get up and move around to mingle. I think the same goes for long tables.
ReplyDeleteI absolutely love long tables! I have had the carnation cone picture saved in a binder for a while. =) That table is gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteWow! Stunning!
