Chocolate Martini


Ingredients:
2 oz Vanilla Vodka
1/2 oz Cream de Cacao
1 Cherry
Coco Powder
Directions:
Mix vanilla vodka and chocolate liqueur in shaker filled with ice. Strain into either a martini glass rimmed with coco powder. Garnish with a cherry

Valentines Day Pink Panther

SERVES 2
Ingredients
6oz mixed raspberries and strawberries
1/4pint cranberry juice
8oz low-fat vanilla yogurt
4 ice cubes
Directions
1Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
2If you want you can freeze the yoghurt before using.
3Serve immidiately.

The Kiss


Ingredients
1 1/2 ounces vodka
1/2 ounce chocolate-flavored liqueur (Godiva is to die for)
1/4 ounce cherry flavored liqueur (Cherry Marnier, Cherry Heering, Maraschino)
3/4 ounce heavy cream
Directions
1Fix mixer with ice.
2Add Vodka, chocolate liqueur, cherry liqueur and cream.
3Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
