Parisian Sunflower Baby Shower

Happy New Year!

It's been a while since I've been over here on my blog.  I'm trying to stay on top of social media while being a new mom of  TWO now. So as time permits, I will stop in to give you all some updates. So...now that we are onto new year, lets get started with some new little ones that are scheduled to make their appearance  in 2015! I just love a Parisian theme, don't you?! When I was asked to create a dessert display with a Parisian theme, I jumped at the chance. Not just any Parisian theme, but there was a little spin on this theme. The baby's name will be Soliel (which btw.. I LOVE) meaning Sun in French! So Parisian Sunshine it is! I used a color palette of sunflower yellow, black and white polka dots, and stripes. I filled the table with "French themed" desserts, Eiffel Tower decor, and of course fresh Sunflowers. Take a look...

Don't mind the hole..someone taste tested these gorgeous cookies by Fourish Sweet Shop as the shot was being taken..smh

French Macaron's with Chocolate Ganache pops! And those are black bling sticks..YES Please!

Our Little Sunshine! I love the way the stationery came out! Juanita of Willow and East worked them out! Thanks Juanita!
These cake pops were to die for! I mean Perfection! Thanks to Lina of Zoe & Pea!
Photos below were taken by yours truly..

I just couldn't take the cuteness of these chocolate covered oreos! Lina is the best!

This French Madeleine tower was a labor of love by yours truly! But so worth it!

Lets not forget these French Cruller donuts with fresh sunflowers in lieu of a cake! I absolutely loved working with this theme and can't wait for another Parisian theme opportunity to present itself!
Special thanks to all of the vendors who helped to bring my vision to fruition!
